Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
UK Shipping: We ship via Royal Mail. Standard and tracked options are available at checkout.
International Shipping: Available to select countries. Please allow 1–3 weeks for delivery depending on location.
Delays: Once shipped, delivery times are out of our control. Mistwood Studio is not responsible for delays due to customs, postal issues, or strikes.
We don't currently offer customization options for any of our products yet, however this may change in the future. Please contact us for more information or if you have a specific request.

We want you to be delighted with your order, but due to the handmade nature of our products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.
We DO accept returns if:
Your item was damaged during shipping
You received the wrong item
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned unopened and in resalable condition
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was incorrect or faulty
We DO NOT accept returns if:
The item has been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
You have changed your mind after purchase
Due to hygiene and copyright reasons, custom items and artwork are non-returnable.
